Our Tension release balls come in 4 different colours. They are particularly useful to help loosen the tighter areas of the body, commonly those areas are the Glutes, upper shoulders and lats. Simply apply small, medium or large amounts of pressure on those tighter regions to help release some tension. By doing so, you may be able to move more weight by assisting greater activation of certain muscle groups as well as moving better during certain technical movements like the squat and bench press.
