The Belt Squat machine also known as Pit Shark is becoming more and more of a favourite in many gyms, even small gyms. Meaning they are prioritising this piece of equipment. Providing much less compression on the lumbar spine are, allowing you & your clients to load up the legs heavier, saving the spine for squats and deadlifts. It hits a massive amount of muscles (quads, hamstrings, glutes/hip muscles) as well as some of the midsection abs. Taking up not a lot of floor space, but hitting at least half the bodies' muscles.
