What is "Conditioning"?
Another term used very loosely today but to keep things simple, it is a term used to describe physical work that makes you more conditioned. Conditioning workouts typically stimulate your heart rate to higher levels for short periods of time (HIIT), increases the amount of calories expended per workout time and improves your capacity to withstand more physically demanding workouts.
